We aim to answer as soon as we can. Please include what happened and, if it is about a question or comment, which one.

Report content

In the app, tap the ⋯ button on a question or a comment and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits best. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Block someone

In the app, tap ⋯ on someone's comment and choose Block. You and that person will no longer see each other's comments. You can undo this in Profile, under Blocked users.

Delete your data

To delete your account, open Profile in the app and tap Delete my account. This removes your profile, your comments and the questions you asked; your votes stay, but nothing links them to you any more. If you cannot open the app, email support@sunoq.app, include the @handle you use, and tell us what you want removed.

Get a copy of your data

To get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, email support@sunoq.app.
